Getting back into shape, staying in shape, or starting a plan for the first time is not easy. We all want that 'silver bullet'... the easy diet that makes miracles happen in three weeks, the piece of exercise equipment guararteeing abs or buns of steel in five minutes a day. Meet Tosca Reno who weighed 204 pounds at age 40 and decided to change her life. She sought out a personal trainer and lost the weight and gained vitality. She shares a sample workout and tips from her book "Your Best Body Now...Look and Feel Fabulous at Any Age the Eat Clean Way.
Be inspired by Cleve who needed a wake up call after turning 60. His waistline had expanded, his cholesterol was red-lining and his medicine cabinet was bursting with warning labels, all fueled by a stressfl job as a senior banking officer. He returned to riding his bicycle and dropped 30 pounds, lowered his cholesterol and is a new man.
Rich, 72, was plagued with back pain for a long time. Facing the possibility of surgery, he decided to try exercising but was not sure how to go about it. He turned to a local gym and fitness center, Mitch's Market Street Gym, West Chester, PA and head trainer, Doug Slabach. After about a month, he was 100 percent better and did not have to have surgery.
