Hike for Your Health. Where? Appalachian Mountain Club Has Ideas...

Love the outdoors? Need ideas on how to get started or, maybe, some new places to hike if you are a veteran hiker? Here are two ideas from the American Mountain Club as featured in the Summer Issue of Healthy Aging Magazine.
Guided Lodge to Hut Adventures
- 2, 3, and 4-night trips offered, early June to mid-August, in New Hampshire’s White Mountains
- Taste of backcountry adventure with an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the flora and fauna.
