The motto of the Olympic Games—Swifter, Higher, Stronger—certainly applies to the majority of Olympic athletes who typically reach their competitive peak by their teen years or early 20’s. Find out who in the latest issue of Healthy Aging Magazine, Summer Issue, featuring Colin Powell on the cover.
