"Ageless" Tips for Health Feet
1. Foot pain is not normal! If your feet hurt then see your podiatrist--the foot specialist.
2. Any changes in color, size, temperature, or sensation in your feet should be brought to the attention of your podiatrist. It could be the sign of an underlying problem.
3. When buying shoes, try them on in the afternoon when feet are naturally a little swollen.
4. If a shoe does not feel comfortable when you are trying it on then don't buy it. It will only continue to hurt your feet later on.
5. Remember to change your shoes after you finish exercising to allow the shoe to resume its normal cushioned shape.
6. Always dry between your toes after bathing to prevent Athlete's foot.
7. Bring your own supplies for a pedicure to minimize the risk of getting a fungus infection.
