Hi, Great Site!!!!!. Good health and aging works together. Exercise, plenty of rest, a healthy diet, treat people right, forgiveness and a lot of prayer is the key to long life and wellness.

45c98nI TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU,I swim one mile 5 days a week I watch strictly what I eat ,I managed to avoid stress most of the time I have lots of energy and a good attitude on life,Tthe words I can't or I am bored are no longer in my vocabulary. I do this for 11 years and I am 85.
Not to forget I have no pains or aches and I am convinced this is the reason
